First, I want to start off by letting you know how honored I feel to be your child’s health and physical education teacher. I take great pride and responsibility in preparing the best learning environment that fosters positive attitudes and includes excitement and knowledge.  

Second, I believe my educational background has prepared me to take on such a task. My educational foundation started and progressed through the following --- Grace S. Beck Elementary, Sunbury Middle School, Shikellamy High School, Lancaster Bible College (1 year), Lock haven University of PA (3 years), and continuing education at Fresno Pacific University, California University of Pa (M.S. Exercise Science and Health Promotion w/ Personal Training Certification), and Wilkes University (Principal Certification).  Each step has molded me into the individual, parent, and teacher that I am today.  

Last, I want each of you to know that I am available by phone or email anytime. Please realize that the educational process takes two sides—PARENTS and TEACHERS. As I tell my students,
